2. Personal Data We May Collect
We collect only the personal data that is reasonably necessary for providing, securing, improving, supporting, and administering ZeroRiskk.
2.1 Account and Login Data
We may collect your name, email address, login method, account status, user role, registration date, authentication information, profile settings, storage usage, service preferences, account activity, and access-control settings.
2.2 Uploaded File and Engineering Record Data
When you upload COMTRADE files or related engineering files, we may process files such as CFG, DAT, HDR, INF, ZIP, or other supported file types. These files may contain relay record names, timestamps, channel names, analog and digital samples, device references, feeder or bay names, station identifiers, protection event information, fault records, trip records, relay settings references, and other technical data.
Uploaded engineering files may or may not contain personal data. However, they may contain confidential plant, substation, relay, feeder, equipment, operational, or organizational information. You must upload only those files that you are authorized to use, analyze, and process through ZeroRiskk.
2.3 Generated Analysis and Report Data
We may generate and store analysis outputs from uploaded files, including waveform views, prepared records, channel catalogues, event tables, phasor data, frequency trends, computed power values, digital transition evidence, readout tables, fault-location results, distance protection views, differential protection views, multi-record timelines, screenshots, summaries, reports, and AI-assisted report outputs.
2.4 AI Analysis Data
If you choose to use AI-assisted fault analysis or AI report generation, relevant uploaded-file data, extracted engineering data, workbench outputs, user instructions, event summaries, and report context may be processed to generate the requested AI output.
AI-assisted analysis is optional. You should not use AI features for files or data that you are not authorized to submit for such processing.
2.5 Payment and Billing Data
If paid features are enabled, we may process order information, transaction references, invoice details, payment status, plan information, report-generation charges, and billing-related metadata.
Payment authentication details such as full card numbers, banking passwords, UPI PINs, or equivalent credentials are intended to be handled by third-party payment gateway providers and are not intended to be stored by ZeroRiskk.
2.6 Support and Communication Data
If you contact us for support, privacy requests, technical issues, business enquiries, feature requests, or feedback, we may process your email address, message content, screenshots, attachments, browser details, issue descriptions, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
2.7 Technical, Security, and Usage Data
We may collect IP address, approximate location, browser type, device type, operating system, login time, upload status, analysis mode, file size, error logs, server logs, security logs, processing status, performance data, and feature usage data.
3. Specific Purposes of Processing
We process personal data and file-related data for the following specific purposes:
- To create, authenticate, secure, and manage user accounts
- To provide COMTRADE viewing, waveform analysis, playback, and engineering workbench features
- To process uploaded files in browser-side or server-side mode
- To prepare server-side artifacts for faster viewing, larger-file handling, playback, reports, and saved records
- To generate fault analysis, event summaries, protection-engineering views, and reports
- To provide optional AI-assisted fault analysis and report generation when requested by the user
- To manage user storage, quota, retention, access mode, and account preferences
- To process payments, invoices, paid reports, subscriptions, or paid feature access where applicable
- To provide customer support, troubleshooting, and technical communication
- To improve platform reliability, security, performance, user experience, and engineering accuracy
- To prevent misuse, unauthorized access, fraud, abuse, security incidents, or service disruption
- To comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, security, and operational requirements
4. Consent and Lawful Processing
We process personal data based on consent, voluntary use of the service, user-requested processing, contractual necessity for providing the service, compliance with law, security requirements, and other lawful grounds available under applicable law.
Where consent is required, you may give consent by using the relevant service, submitting information, creating an account, uploading files, requesting analysis, using AI features, making payment, or contacting us.
You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing by contacting us through the privacy contact button shown in this policy or through account controls where such controls are available.
Withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to use some ZeroRiskk features, including account access, saved files, server-side processing, AI reports, paid reports, or support workflows. Withdrawal does not affect processing that has already occurred before withdrawal, or processing that is required for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, dispute-management, backup, or compliance purposes.
5. Browser-Side and Server-Side Processing
ZeroRiskk may support both browser-side and server-side analysis workflows.
In browser-side processing, supported files may be processed mainly inside your browser, depending on the feature and configuration. In server-side processing, uploaded files and generated artifacts may be transferred to and processed on ZeroRiskk servers to support larger files, prepared views, saved records, smoother playback, advanced analysis, and report generation.
Registered users, visitors, and administrator-configured users may have different default processing modes. The actual processing mode may depend on user status, admin settings, feature requirements, file size, system load, and platform configuration.
6. Storage of Uploaded Files and Analysis Results
When server-side processing or saved-record features are used, ZeroRiskk may store uploaded files, metadata, prepared analysis artifacts, generated results, report outputs, logs, and related technical data.
ZeroRiskk aims to keep raw engineering files and generated artifacts in protected server storage rather than public website areas. Website databases may store account information, metadata, indexes, file references, status records, quota information, access permissions, and other operational information required to run the service.
Access to uploaded files, prepared artifacts, and reports is controlled based on account permissions, platform rules, service configuration, and security controls.
7. Confidential Engineering Data
COMTRADE files, relay records, disturbance files, settings references, and analysis outputs may contain confidential engineering, operational, plant, substation, feeder, relay, equipment, or organizational information.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal and organizational authority to upload, process, analyze, store, and generate reports from such data using ZeroRiskk.
You should remove, mask, or anonymize confidential identifiers before upload where your organization’s policies require it.
ZeroRiskk does not claim ownership of your uploaded engineering files. You remain responsible for the content, accuracy, confidentiality, lawfulness, and authorization status of the files you upload.
8. AI-Assisted Analysis and Engineering Reports
AI-assisted analysis and AI report generation are optional features. If you request AI analysis, ZeroRiskk may process relevant file-derived data, engineering context, extracted event details, workbench results, and user instructions to generate the requested output.
AI-generated outputs are intended to assist engineering review. They are not a substitute for professional engineering judgment, relay manufacturer manuals, protection philosophy, site procedures, statutory requirements, testing standards, or final approval by qualified personnel.
You must independently verify AI-generated analysis before using it for maintenance action, protection settings, plant operation, testing decisions, incident reporting, statutory reporting, insurance claims, commercial decisions, or safety-related decisions.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
ZeroRiskk may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar technologies to support login sessions, security, preferences, upload workflows, analytics, performance monitoring, fraud prevention, and website functionality.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect login, account features, upload workflows, analysis features, or report generation.
