These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of zeroriskk.com, the ZeroRiskk COMTRADE Analyzer, engineering workbenches, server-side processing features, AI-assisted analysis and report generation, account services, paid services, support services, and all related website functions.

ZeroRiskk is owned and operated by Mavonix Industries Pvt Ltd.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, uploading files to, purchasing from, or using ZeroRiskk in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the ZeroRiskk Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you must not access or use ZeroRiskk.

1. Definitions

“ZeroRiskk”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Mavonix Industries Pvt Ltd, zeroriskk.com, the ZeroRiskk COMTRADE Analyzer, its owner, operator, developer, administrator, service providers, successors, and permitted assigns, as applicable.

“User”, “you”, and “your” refer to any person, engineer, professional, company, organization, employer, employee, contractor, consultant, visitor, registered user, subscriber, customer, representative, or other entity accessing or using ZeroRiskk.

“Uploaded Data” means any file, COMTRADE record, relay disturbance record, waveform file, CFG, DAT, HDR, INF, ZIP, screenshot, text, relay setting reference, instruction, report input, engineering data, or other material uploaded, submitted, generated, stored, or processed through ZeroRiskk.

“Analysis Output” means any waveform view, phasor view, frequency view, readout table, computed value, event table, fault-location result, distance protection view, differential protection view, AI-generated analysis, engineering summary, report, chart, screenshot, exported file, or other output generated by ZeroRiskk.

2. Nature of the Service

ZeroRiskk is a technical software tool intended to assist protection engineers, electrical maintenance teams, relay engineers, testing engineers, power-system professionals, and authorized users in reviewing COMTRADE files, relay disturbance records, waveform data, and protection-event evidence.

ZeroRiskk is an engineering assistance platform only. It does not provide certified engineering conclusions, statutory certification, relay manufacturer approval, protection-setting approval, safety clearance, plant-operation approval, legal advice, insurance advice, regulatory approval, or final technical sign-off.

3. No Professional, Safety, Legal, or Operational Reliance

You must not rely solely on ZeroRiskk or any Analysis Output for safety-critical, protection-critical, plant-critical, grid-critical, statutory, legal, commercial, financial, insurance, regulatory, or operational decisions.

All Analysis Outputs must be independently checked, verified, interpreted, and approved by qualified and authorized personnel before being used for any real-world action.

You are solely responsible for any action, inaction, decision, report, conclusion, setting change, maintenance activity, testing activity, commissioning activity, plant operation, safety decision, business decision, legal submission, insurance claim, or statutory submission based on ZeroRiskk output.

4. Eligibility and Authority

You may use ZeroRiskk only if you are legally competent and authorized to do so.

If you use ZeroRiskk on behalf of an employer, company, plant, utility, consultant, contractor, customer, or other organization, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to use the service, upload the relevant data, accept these Terms, and bind that organization where applicable.

5. User Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, account access, uploaded files, generated reports, and all activity under your account.

You must ensure that your account information is accurate and updated.

ZeroRiskk shall not be responsible for loss, damage, misuse, unauthorized access, data exposure, account compromise, or any consequence arising from your failure to secure your account, device, browser, email, password, or login method.

6. Uploaded Data Responsibility

You are fully and solely responsible for all Uploaded Data submitted, uploaded, stored, analyzed, processed, or generated through ZeroRiskk.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right, technical authority, and organizational permission to upload, process, analyze, store, and generate reports from the Uploaded Data
• The Uploaded Data does not violate any law, contract, confidentiality obligation, employer policy, third-party right, intellectual-property right, data-protection obligation, cyber-security requirement, or security restriction
• You have removed, masked, or anonymized confidential identifiers where required by your organization, client, employer, customer, regulator, contract, or applicable law
• You will not upload stolen data, unauthorized plant data, confidential data without authority, malicious files, corrupted files, unlawful material, or any data that may harm ZeroRiskk or others

ZeroRiskk does not claim ownership of your Uploaded Data. However, you grant ZeroRiskk a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to receive, store, process, analyze, transmit, display, prepare, and generate outputs from Uploaded Data only as necessary to provide, secure, improve, troubleshoot, support, bill, and operate the service.

7. Confidential Engineering and Plant Data

COMTRADE files, relay records, disturbance records, waveform data, relay setting references, bay names, feeder names, equipment identifiers, station references, trip records, protection-event data, and generated reports may contain confidential engineering, operational, industrial, plant, substation, feeder, relay, asset, or organizational information.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that such information is uploaded and processed lawfully and with proper authorization.

ZeroRiskk shall not be responsible for any loss, claim, dispute, disciplinary action, confidentiality breach, employer objection, customer objection, third-party claim, regulatory issue, data leak claim, commercial dispute, or legal proceeding arising from your unauthorized upload, use, sharing, processing, storage, or disclosure of such information.

8. Browser-Side and Server-Side Processing

ZeroRiskk may process files in browser-side or server-side mode depending on user status, account settings, administrator settings, file size, feature requirement, system load, service plan, and platform configuration.

Server-side processing may involve upload, storage, preparation, analysis, temporary processing, report generation, logging, technical artifact generation, and retrieval of prepared results.

By using server-side features, you authorize ZeroRiskk to process Uploaded Data and generated outputs as necessary to provide the requested service.

9. AI-Assisted Analysis and Reports

AI-assisted fault analysis and AI report generation are optional support features.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, uncertain, context-limited, unsuitable, misleading, or wrong. AI outputs may misinterpret relay events, waveform behavior, digital transitions, fault phase, trip cause, protection operation, sequence of events, root cause, or recommended action.

ZeroRiskk does not guarantee that AI outputs will correctly identify the fault, relay operation, trip logic, root cause, setting issue, system condition, equipment condition, or engineering recommendation.

You are solely responsible for independently verifying AI-generated outputs before using them for any engineering, commercial, legal, operational, maintenance, safety, insurance, regulatory, statutory, or management purpose.

10. Paid Features, Reports, and Billing

ZeroRiskk may offer paid features, including AI-assisted analysis, report generation, premium access, server-side processing, saved records, storage features, or other paid services.

Prices, taxes, payment terms, report charges, usage limits, service limits, and access rules may be displayed at the time of purchase or within the website.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment for a generated report, AI-assisted analysis, or completed processing request is non-refundable once processing has started or the report has been generated.

ZeroRiskk may refuse, suspend, restrict, or cancel paid access in case of payment failure, suspected fraud, chargeback, misuse, violation of these Terms, technical limitation, or security concern.

11. No Guarantee of Result

ZeroRiskk does not guarantee any specific engineering, technical, commercial, operational, legal, safety, regulatory, insurance, financial, or business outcome.

We do not guarantee that the platform will detect every event, identify every fault, interpret every relay record correctly, process every file, support every manufacturer format, calculate every parameter correctly, generate error-free reports, or remain free from bugs, limitations, downtime, or inaccuracies.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ZeroRiskk for unlawful, unauthorized, harmful, abusive, misleading, negligent, or fraudulent purposes
• Upload files that you are not authorized to process
• Upload malware, corrupted files, harmful scripts, or security threats
• Attempt to bypass account limits, payment controls, storage quotas, access controls, rate limits, or security systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, overload, attack, interfere with, or create a competing product from ZeroRiskk systems
• Misrepresent ZeroRiskk outputs or AI-generated reports as certified final engineering conclusions
• Use ZeroRiskk outputs to mislead employers, clients, customers, regulators, insurers, courts, consultants, contractors, or third parties
• Submit false, malicious, frivolous, or misleading complaints, reports, disputes, or claims
• Violate any applicable law, contract, confidentiality obligation, employer policy, cyber-security requirement, or third-party right

13. Intellectual Property

ZeroRiskk, including its software, user interface, workbench design, analysis logic, workflows, graphics, layout, documentation, branding, reports, templates, code, website content, and product structure, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use ZeroRiskk only for lawful internal review, engineering analysis, and permitted business purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, replicate, or create competing products from ZeroRiskk without written permission.

14. Third-Party Services

ZeroRiskk may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, security, analytics, AI processing, backups, monitoring, or other operational purposes.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, service limits, downtime, security risks, and operational practices.

ZeroRiskk shall not be responsible for third-party service failures, payment gateway failures, authentication failures, hosting downtime, cloud issues, AI provider errors, email delivery issues, external security incidents, or third-party policy changes, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Service Availability, Updates, and Changes

ZeroRiskk may be updated, modified, suspended, interrupted, restricted, discontinued, or changed at any time for maintenance, security, upgrades, bug fixes, business reasons, legal compliance, technical limitations, or operational needs.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, compatible, or continuously available service.

16. Data Loss and User Backups

You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of original COMTRADE files, relay records, disturbance files, engineering records, screenshots, generated reports, analysis outputs, and any other important data.

ZeroRiskk is not a backup service, archive service, evidence-preservation service, statutory record-keeping service, legal record-keeping system, or plant document-management system.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZeroRiskk shall not be responsible or liable for loss, deletion, corruption, unavailability, leakage, alteration, damage, failed upload, failed download, incomplete processing, expired storage, accidental deletion, account deletion, server failure, browser failure, or loss of any Uploaded Data, generated report, analysis artifact, account data, user setting, log, or stored record.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZeroRiskk is provided on an “as is”, “as available”, and “with all faults” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZeroRiskk disclaims all warranties, representations, conditions, guarantees, and duties, whether express, implied, statutory, contractual, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, error-free operation, compatibility, security, and suitability for safety-critical or protection-critical use.

18. No Liability for Misinterpretation, Data Loss, Property Loss, Business Loss, or Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZeroRiskk, Mavonix Industries Pvt Ltd, its owner, operator, developer, administrator, directors, officers, affiliates, service providers, employees, consultants, agents, successors, and permitted assigns shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, claim, liability, cost, expense, penalty, proceeding, or consequence arising out of or related to the use of ZeroRiskk.

This exclusion includes, without limitation:

• Loss, deletion, corruption, leakage, unavailability, or damage of uploaded files, COMTRADE records, relay records, generated reports, analysis artifacts, account data, user settings, logs, or stored records
• Wrong, incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, missed, defective, or misinterpreted analysis
• Incorrect fault identification, incorrect phase identification, incorrect relay interpretation, incorrect event sequence, incorrect distance result, incorrect differential result, incorrect frequency result, incorrect computed output, or incorrect digital-event interpretation
• Wrong, incomplete, misleading, unsuitable, or inaccurate AI-generated analysis, summary, explanation, recommendation, conclusion, or report
• Loss of plant, machinery, equipment, transformer, switchgear, relay, generator, motor, cable, protection system, electrical asset, process unit, production facility, or any other property
• Loss of production, shutdown loss, generation loss, process interruption, business interruption, revenue loss, profit loss, commercial loss, contractual loss, penalty, liquidated damage, customer claim, employer claim, insurer claim, or third-party claim
• Loss arising from maintenance action, protection setting change, testing decision, commissioning decision, operational decision, safety decision, statutory submission, insurance claim, legal claim, management decision, or commercial decision made using ZeroRiskk output
• Loss caused by browser failure, server failure, internet failure, hosting failure, third-party service failure, payment gateway failure, cyber incident, unauthorized access, file incompatibility, software bug, calculation issue, data-processing issue, or system limitation
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, engineering, operational, legal, regulatory, financial, commercial, reputational, employment-related, confidentiality-related, cyber-security-related, or data-related loss

Users are solely responsible for preserving original relay records, maintaining independent backups, validating all results, checking all engineering conclusions, and obtaining approval from qualified and authorized personnel before taking any engineering, operational, maintenance, testing, safety, commercial, legal, statutory, regulatory, insurance, or management action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of ZeroRiskk for any claim shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user to ZeroRiskk for the specific paid report or paid service giving rise to the claim during the three months immediately preceding the claim. For free use, trial use, visitor use, demo use, or any other unpaid access to ZeroRiskk, ZeroRiskk shall have no liability whatsoever to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

19. User Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZeroRiskk, Mavonix Industries Pvt Ltd, its owner, operator, developer, administrator, directors, officers, affiliates, service providers, employees, consultants, agents, successors, and permitted assigns from and against all claims, demands, notices, complaints, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, expenses, legal fees, professional fees, regulatory actions, employer claims, customer claims, insurer claims, third-party claims, and proceedings arising out of or related to:

• Your access to or use of ZeroRiskk
• Your Uploaded Data
• Your lack of authority to upload, process, analyze, store, share, or generate reports from engineering data
• Your violation of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy
• Your violation of any law, regulation, contract, employer policy, confidentiality obligation, data-protection obligation, cyber-security obligation, or third-party right
• Your reliance on any Analysis Output, AI report, chart, result, table, summary, interpretation, explanation, or recommendation
• Any engineering, operational, maintenance, testing, safety, commercial, statutory, legal, insurance, regulatory, or plant decision made by you, your employer, your client, your customer, your consultant, your contractor, or your organization
• Any claim that Uploaded Data infringes intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, data-protection, contractual, proprietary, employment, or organizational rights
• Any malicious, unauthorized, false, misleading, negligent, reckless, or wrongful act or omission by you
• Any payment dispute, chargeback, refund claim, tax issue, billing issue, or transaction dispute caused by you
• Any claim brought by your employer, client, customer, contractor, consultant, regulator, insurer, employee, representative, or other third party relating to your use of ZeroRiskk

This indemnity shall survive termination of your account, deletion of your data, cancellation of paid services, expiry of subscription, discontinuation of use, or closure of ZeroRiskk.

20. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

ZeroRiskk may suspend, restrict, block, or terminate your access without prior notice if we believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the service, uploaded unauthorized data, created a security risk, failed to pay, submitted false information, attempted to bypass controls, caused risk to ZeroRiskk or others, or used the service in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Termination or suspension does not affect accrued rights, payment obligations, indemnity obligations, limitation of liability, dispute-resolution clauses, or any provisions intended to survive termination.

21. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of ZeroRiskk is also governed by the ZeroRiskk Privacy Policy.

You must read the Privacy Policy to understand how personal data, uploaded files, generated outputs, AI-analysis data, payment metadata, technical logs, and support communications may be collected, used, stored, shared, retained, and deleted.

You must provide accurate account information and sufficient details when contacting us.

23. Grievance and Pre-Dispute Process

Before initiating any legal proceeding, complaint, claim, or formal dispute, you agree to first contact ZeroRiskk in writing and provide complete details of the issue.

The parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably within 30 days from receipt of the written notice.

This clause does not prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court where legally necessary.

24. Governing Law

These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any dispute arising out of or related to ZeroRiskk shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

25. Exclusive Jurisdiction at Kolkata

Subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law, all disputes, claims, complaints, proceedings, causes of action, or controversies arising out of or relating to ZeroRiskk, these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, Uploaded Data, Analysis Outputs, paid services, AI reports, account access, website use, data loss, property loss, business loss, misinterpretation, or any alleged damage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

By using ZeroRiskk, you expressly agree that Kolkata, West Bengal, India shall be the agreed place of jurisdiction for such disputes.

26. Force Majeure

ZeroRiskk shall not be liable for delay, failure, interruption, loss, damage, or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including power failure, internet failure, hosting failure, cyberattack, natural disaster, war, strike, civil disturbance, government action, legal restriction, payment gateway failure, third-party service failure, cloud failure, equipment failure, or other force majeure events.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

28. No Waiver

Failure by ZeroRiskk to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be treated as a waiver of that provision or any other right.

29. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission from ZeroRiskk.

ZeroRiskk may assign, transfer, delegate, subcontract, or restructure its rights and obligations in connection with business restructuring, ownership change, service-provider engagement, merger, acquisition, sale, transfer, or operational requirement.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable payment terms, service-specific notices, or feature-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZeroRiskk regarding use of the service.

31. Changes to These Terms

ZeroRiskk may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, business model, paid features, AI features, security needs, platform configuration, or service functionality.

Continued use of ZeroRiskk after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
